＜技法のご紹介＞

漆塗り…古来より漆には”邪悪なものを寄せ付けない力がある”とされ、各時代さまざまな人々に重宝されてきました。Urushi Pierce 雅〜miyabi〜は、化学塗料を使用せずに天然の漆のみを６回ほど塗りかさねて呂色仕上げ（光沢仕上げ）にいたしました。漆は年月を重ねるほど丈夫になり、色あざやかになってまいります。

蒔絵…古くは1400年前（奈良・平安時代）より日本に伝わる漆の技術で、金粉や銀粉などをまきつけて絵を描く日本ならではの絵画表現です。
お手入れの際や手ずれなどで粉が磨かれていくことで輝きを増してまいります。

螺鈿（表）...色おちや色あせを防ぐため天然貝の裏側に彩色をほどこす伝統技法 ”伏彩色” の
螺鈿です。自然由来の膠（にかわ）を使用することで体に安全で、鮮やかな色あいを表現しました。
カラフルながらも光にあたるとキラキラと輝きを放つのが特徴です。

螺鈿(裏)…お肌に直接触れる部分ですので、やや厚めの白蝶貝を使用し丈夫さをプラスしました。
漆で塗り込めた後で磨き上げておりますので大変輝きの美しい仕上がりとなっております。

漆絵…天然の漆に色とりどりの色粉を混ぜた色漆（漆の絵具）で絵付けする伝統技法です。
年月を経ることで、もともとの漆の色が抜けてより色あざやかになってまいります。

<Introduction of Urushi technique.>

Urushi...Without using any chemical paints, only natural paints extracted from Urushi trees that grow only in Asian forests were applied 6 times to give a glossy finish.

Maki-e...It is an artistic expression that draws paintings using gold powder and silver powder with the Urushi technique that has been passed down in Japanese about 1400 years ago.

Ra-den (Design part)...In order to prevent discoloration and fading, it is a traditional technique of coloring the back side of sheet of natural seashell and fitting it on the surface of Urushi.
By using animal protein glue derived from nature as the paint, it is safe for the human body and has a vivid hue.
It is colorful, but when illuminated by light, it shines in a rainbow color.

Ra-den (Back side)...Because it is the part that comes into direct contact with the skin, a thick shell is used to add toughness.
Then, it was polished with Urushi, so it has a very bright and beautiful finish.

Urushi-e...It is a traditional technique of drawing a picture with "Iro-urushi" , which is a mixture of natural urushi and pigments.
The color of the original Urushi disappears as the years pass, and the color becomes more vivid.
